Executive Leadership
Founder and CEO of EMP Onsite, Dale leads with a vision to redefine workplace health through proactive prevention, integrated data, and innovation. With over two decades of experience in allied health and injury prevention, Dale champions evidence based service delivery and measruable client outcomes.
Cassie directs EMP's financial management, compliance, and commercial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and strong governance across all business units.
Dan oversees national strategy, business improvement, and program delivery innovation. He leads EMP's major strategy implementation, performance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives, including the EMP Dashboard.
Anthony oversees risk management, quality systems, and corporate compliance. He drives EMP's ISO aligned frameworks for business continuity, data protection, and ethical governance.
National Management
Vicky oversees national account relationships, stakeholder engagement, and client success. Her leadership ensures programs are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable impact across safety and wellbeing.

Peter is responsible for national clinical standards, continuous education, and quality assurance. With extensive experience in occupational health and rehabilitation, he ensures all EMP clinicians deliver evidence based, outcome focused care.

Data & Engineering
Anwar drives EMP's cloud based infrastructure, overseeing the Azure data warehouse and integration of clinical, claims, and operational datasets into unified analytics frameworks.
Maria supports the EMP Dashboard and Power Bi ecosystem, building client specific analytics and executive level insights that connect safety, health, and productivity data.
Sean provides analytical oversight of client reporting, translating raw data into actionable intelligence that informs continuous improvement across all EMP programs.
